Went to a really fun exhibition on Saturday; in fact I have never laughed or sweated that much in a gallery ever. It's called Move: Choreographing You and it's designed to make you interact with most of the exhibits by moving your body. There were gymnastic rings to navigate without touching the floor, big pieces of wood for you to either squeeze through or balance on and even a gorilla suit that you could try on if you fancied it. There were also dancers dancing through out the space and loads of films showing modern dance performances; all in all you could lose yourself in the world of movement for a good few hours. If you're in London and need a bit of cheering up this winter I implore you to go - you won't regret it. In fact, I quite want to go back again and do a proper warm-up this time - I'm still aching from it now!
